S4 HANA 1511 SAP Credit Management - SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR)

Dear All,

 

In S4 HANA FI-AR-CR Credit Management is not available with SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition 1511, and it is replaced  or equivalent in SAP S/4HANA is SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR).


During my search I found SAP Note 2217124 regarding same. However this is not giving complete information like customization and migration tools etc. to implement FIN-FSCM-CR in S4 HANA on premise version.


So could you please do let me know SAP note or related information to migrate or implement FIN-FSCM-CR in S4 HANA system 1503 or 1511 version.

Can't create (house) bank account in NWBC

Hi all,

I'm working on SAP S/4HANA ON-PREMISE 1511.

I have a problem in creating house bank account.

 

In particular, I have performed the following actions:

 

1) Customizing at following path: Financial Supply Chain Management -> Cash and Liquidity Management -> Bank Account management -> Basic Settings. I define “Number Ranges for Bank Account Technical IDs” and “Number Ranges for Change Requests”.

 

2) I access tcode NWBC with role SAP_SFIN_CASH_MANAGER. I create a New House Bank through “Change House banks (FI12_HBANK)”

 

3) Then I go to "Manage bank account" menu to create a new bank account but when I push the button "NEW BANK ACCOUNT" no action is performed.

So I can't create the bank account to link to my house bank.

 

Any help is very appreciated!

ALE connect between ECC 6 and S/4 HANA

We understand that ECC 6 and S4 HANA can communicate to each other using ALE. Please suggest if this is possible, and if yes then please suggest pointers for the list of ALE scenarios supported/ not supported between ECC 6 and S4 HANA.

Workflows with BPMN 2.0

Hi to all of you,

I am wondering if it will be possible to use BPMN 2.0 as modelling and implementation language for workflows in S4Hana.

It would be awesome ,if we cout use  the often advertised  zero or less code paradigm for the creation of Workflows within S4Hana.

It would be great, if someone can provide some input to the topic how sap will handle the topic of  customer build workflows within S4 Hana.

Aging Analysis: Analytical Apps for 1511

Hello,

 

We're on S/4 1511 SP00.

We wish to setup Analytical Apps.

 

We've setup the Web Dispatcher to access both HANA+Fiori over HTTPS.

The backend & frontend is under the same SID for us.

 

Earlier we had the HANA Content which brought in smart business roles etc.

However, for 1511 since there is no HANA content there are no roles too in the studio.

 

We've assigned the KPI ABAP roles & can see the KPI tiles; however, some say "Cannot open App" whereas others say "Cannot load tile"

 

The Aging Analysis tile too says: Cannot load tile

 

Are we missing something is the config ?

 

Please help...

Connection options between S/4HANA and SAP Process Orchestration middleware

Hi experts, I would like to understand the connection options between S/4HANA and SAP PO middleware for the following scenario:

S/4HANA is SAP Public cloud-based, whereas SAP PO is in a private cloud.

1. Can a t-RFC connection be opened in order for IDoc (XML-IDoc) payloads to be carried from/to S/4HANA to/from SAP PO?  Let's say that appropriate t-RFC port connection can be opened in the private cloud where SAP PO resides; but I don't know if S/4HANA system works with t-RFC at all, and if yes, does a SAP public cloud-based S/4HANA allow that traffic?

 

2. Can S/4HANA system provide as well as consume a web service call with the IDoc payload?  Does the WS call have to be formal WSDL-based, or can it be a ReST-based WS?

CDS View activation error: Short dump in S/4 system

Hi all,

I am getting  short dump when I try to activate a simple CDS view with the following code:

I  created trial account and  created odata service to expose my own data from table.

 

But when i am trying to see content of my table data after activating  it getting error as

Associate Sales Representative to a AR Invoice

I've created Sales Rep using Tcode: VPE1; I made sure data is entered for all relevant InfoTypes. Now I'm not able to figure out a way to associate the salesrep to the AR invoice I'm trying to create. Please help me on this.

Error KPI Modeler Apps in S/4 HANA 1511

Hi,

we are faceing some issues at the setup of two Fiori applications, which are:

  • Outbound Deliveries
  • Create Outbound Deliveries

 

Therefore, I found a note, which relates to the FSP 2 of S/4HANA 1511 OP.

 

Has somebdy any idea, when then functional support package will be released?

SAP HANA XS Engine login page not displaying in the URL

Dear All,

 

We have imported all the delivery units related XS component & assigned with appropriate role.But still sap logo page only displaying.

We couldn't get the login page to enter the credentials.

 

DU:

 

HANA_XS_BASE- Completed

HANA_XS_EDITOR - Completed

HANA_XS_DBUTILS - Completed

HANA_XS_LM - Error

HANA_XS_IDE - Error

HDC_XS_LM - Completed

HDC_XS_BASE - Completed

 

Attached the error screenshot.

 

Even we have cleared the browser cache too.

Hi,

 

    I am having more than 15 yeas of IT experience with 13 years of experience into SAP-ABAP/BI. I want to switch to S/4 HANA to upgrade my existing skill. But I am not interested to be in technical side. I would like to go into a business modules which is more of design kind of role.

 

Can you please specify which area of S/4 HANA, I should concentrate which would have great demand.

Hi,

 

    I am having more than 15 years of IT experience with more than 12 years of experiences in SAP-ABAP and BI. I would like to switch to S/4 HANA.

I am not interested to be in technical side but would contribute towards design area of S/4 HANA.

 

Can you please specify, which business area suits for build my career ?

 

Is this right time to switch to new technology ?

How many business areas are there in S/4 HANA like SAP modules ?

Plants Abroad invoice error on S/4 Hana 1511

Hi All,

 

I have setup EU Plants Abroad scenario on an S/4 Hana 1511 system. The business process involves posting WIA invoice. However, we have error message FF 800 - Different tax countries are not permitted in one document when we try to release the invoice to accounting.

 

This invoice will have different reporting countries for VAT purpose and there are specific code and OSS note 1451436 is already implemented.

 

Any suggestion on what we might be doing wrong?

Missing Foreign Trade tab in PO and billing documents and VI98 dumps

Hi Team,

 

None of the cross border invoices or purchase orders are having foreign trade tab on them. Consequently, cross-border EU transactions are not shown in Intrastat declaration even though they are marked as 'Intrastat relevant'.I am using S4 Hana 1511 SP01 on-premise edition.

 

Additionally launch of transaction VI98 for intercompany Intrastat dumps on execution.

 

Any suggestion or pointer to resolve these issues.
