Dear, We are implementing DSD (SAP HANA SP 11, ERP 6 EHP 7). SAP DSD component installed, Windows Handheld Devices are connected. initial configuration has been implemented in SPRO. Handheld Devices are authenticated and DSD screen showing in Mobile Device, Mobile Device accessible to SAP ERP.
Now in DSD cockpit (/DSD/ME_CPT) we are unable to see moblie device id and few other fields are not showing like ME user ID and channel id etc. kindly help us.
