HANA SQL error: 2048 when doing a client copy in S/4 HANA

I am having memory issues while copying client 000 to XXX in  1511. I have restarted still have same issues.

I have selected SAP_ALL profile during copy. Is there a better option to select to get all basic customizing settings like ISO countires, unit of measures, currencies, etc.,
